Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S.Case No04 of 2019/G.R.No.29 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that she has got appointment as Aangan Bari Sevika on the forged certificates. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is facile and concocted. Moreover, she has already been punished by removing from the service. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above

No.52156 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 named, surrender before the learned court below and on surrender, she will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2019 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Supaul/Incharge Successor Court in Triveniganj P.S.Case No.04 of 2019/G.R.No.29 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
