The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 222 of 2019 arising out of Korma P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Act. It is alleged in the written report that 5 litres of country made liquor and some utensils for preparation of country made liquor have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
