The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Lakhisarai Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 142/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is a lady and mother of the main accused. The girl has been recovered.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.65877 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 142/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
