The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 53 of 2013 registered under Sections 147,148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 324 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that having similar allegation some of the co-accused have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 329 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 51447 of 2013 and the case of the petitioners is on similar footing. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.53 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
