Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act (Amended) 2016.

0.300 ml. country made liquor appears to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Though in column 3 of Prosecution report, 300.0 ml. has been mentioned, but, in the same Prosecution report at column No. 5, 0.300 ml. has been mentioned. Moreover, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VIII, Saran at Chapra, has also mentioned in impugned order that only 300 ml. country made liquor was recovered. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
