Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case, in brief, is that the petitioner submitted forged experience certificate with the tender form at the time of submission of tender.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the experience certificate submitted by her along with the tender papers are genuine as it had been issued by the competent authority. Moreover, before treating them to be forged the petitioner has not been noticed. Petitioner has been debarred
