In the present case, petitioner has claimed that he was appointed as Chaukidar. Since his inception he has not been paid any salary though he continued to discharge the duty from time to time.
In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to file an application before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna with all details and if it is found that petitioner has discharged the duty as Chaukidar he should be paid salary accordingly.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17045 of 2008 (5) dt.05-01-2018 With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
