The petitioner seeks bail in a case under different sections of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and one Ravi Shankar @ Rahul Kumar was arrested and on the confession of both the accused persons two country made Pistols and four live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted that the prayer for bail of Ravi Shankar has already been rejected by order dated 22.12.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 29626 with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after six months if the trial is not concluded. The petitioner is in jail custody since 25.03.2014 i.e.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12603 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 for more than one year and three months and he has got only one case i.e. Patliputra P.S. Case no. 25/13.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014.
