JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other in-laws have committed murder of the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Nothing specific has been attributed against him. Other coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36955 of 2017.The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2017.

No.40092 of 2017 (2) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 Heard A.P.P. also Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd A.C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Itarhi P.S.Case No. 93 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of the court and he will co-operate in disposal of the trial of the case, otherwise his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
