Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.11.2014 and admittedly, only one mobile set was recovered from his conscious possession. So far as recovery of vehicle is concerned, the same has not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and it is stated in the first information report that the petitioner along with some other were standing near the vehicle when the police party reached there. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada Town P.S.
