The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Informant Yadu Yadav @ Yadunandan Yadav named the petitioner along with others and alleged that on 30.04.2013, all the accused persons came and assaulted the informant and others. Petitioner Dinesh Yadav fired which hit on the left leg of Yadu Yadav @ Yadunandan Yadav.
It is submitted that the informant and others killed the father of the petitioner on 30.04.2013 and, for that, S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 67/2013 was lodged. The informant also alleged that the occurrence took place on 30.04.2013, but the informant made his Fardbeyan on 24.05.2013, on which, the F.I.R. was lodged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11467 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 01.06.2013. Fardbeyan was given after 25 days of the occurrence. The present case is filed only to save the skin from the murder of the father of the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
