The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 28.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the daughter of the informant was kidnapped by Rajesh Sah, son of the petitioner and subsequently they solemnized marriage. The victim gave birth to two children but at the time of second delivery the daughter of the informant died due to negligence of the accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Misc. No. 8934 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S.
