The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26(1)/27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that on suspicion the petitioner chased when the petitioner resorted to firing on the police party. On being apprehended one country made pistol and one empty cartridge were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the police party used to hire the Tata Magic vehicle of the petitioner when the petitioner refused to serve without
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4972 of 2015 (02) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 payment then the petitioner has framed in the present case. It is further submitted that no injury was caused to anyone. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Sessions Trial No. 01 of 2015 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 278 of 2014.
