The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 18 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedent and are in custody since 11.04.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the

No.34063 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners, abovenamed are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
