The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order, dated 26.05.2008, passed by the Director, Consolidation, Bihar, Patna, in Consolidation Revision Case No. 1931 of 1983. During the pendency of this writ petition, Bihar Lands Tribunal Act has come into force and the Bihar Lands Tribunal has given jurisdiction over the dispute arising out of consolidation proceeding.

In view of this fact, let record of this case may be sent to Bihar Lands Tribunal within one month. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed off. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) SA/- U √
