It is stated by Mr. Prasad that, in view of the notification issued by the Central Government on 30th December, 2015, notifying Forest Area Wildlife Sanctuary, the application has become infructuous in the sense that a show cause notice (Annexure-10) was issued only on the ground that the sanctuary in question falls under the safety zone at that time.
