No.23788 of 2017 of this Court, however, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner could not comply the order within time but now he has complied the order. Heard learned A.P.P.

Having heard both sides and in view of the above facts and circumstances, this application is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 23788 of 2017 is restored to its original file and he has filed a prosecution report.

The office is directed to proceeding further according to law.
