JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners stating that in cause title of order dated 25.8.2018 names of petitioner Nos. 5 and 6 have been mentioned as 'Pappu Mishra @ Ratan Deo Mishra' and 'Pappu Mishra @ Ratan Deo Mishra respectively, whereas name of petitioner No.5 is 'Pappu Mahto' and name of petitioner No.6 is 'Ratan Mishra @ Ratan Deo Mishra'.
In the said circumstances, the order dated 25.8.2018 stands modified to the extent that in the said order names of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48767 of 2018 (3) dt.06-09-2018 2/2 petitioner Nos. 5 and 6 should correctly be read as Pappu Mahto and Ratan Mishra @ Ratan Deo Mishra respectively and period of surrender is extended to further two weeks.
Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
