The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 14 litres of spiced country made liquor and 48 litres of country made liquor were recovered from the field form where the petitioner was arrested. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.05.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the

No.34128 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
