JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-04-2023 Challenge in the present writ application is to the order of transfer as contained in Memo No. 2830 dated 08.09.2022. It appears on perusal thereof that the petitioner has been transferred from Sub-Divisional Hospital, Rajgir, Nalanda to Public Health Center, Ekangsarai in the district of Nalanda. The transfer is within the same and one district and the order of transfer clearly says that it is being done from administrative point.

Petitioner has already joined at the transferred place. In such circumstance, this Court is not inclined to proceed with

This writ application has no merit. It is dismissed accordingly.
