The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2017 in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 244 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though his mobile number is said to have been used, the petitioner has no role to play and the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she had gone of her own will. She has also not named the present petitioner but one Chhottu, who had taken her and keep her for twenty days. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let
