29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 358 of 2014 registered under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea.

From the Report of the Trial Court it appears that now charges have been framed, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12056 of 2015 (3) dt.29-07-2015 this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Purnea, and the Superintendent of Police, Purnea is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
