Taking into consideration that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor petitioner does have any criminal antecedent and furthermore, petitioner is in jail custody since 7.5.2016, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Pakri Barawan P.S. Case no. 73/2016.
