2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 217 of 2024, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, sister of the informant was done to death for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry made by the petitioner and his family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is husband of the deceased. The petitioner has neither committed

It is further submitted that the deceased fell down from the roof of their house and she died on the way to the hospital. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2024 and has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly other co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38599 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 217 of 2024.
