The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2012 registered under sections 302 , 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is the informant. He filed case that his wife Anmol Devi is missing from his house. The first information report was lodged against unknown but during the course of investigation it has come that the wife of petitioner was killed in the house and her dead body was thrown. The dead body of the deceased was found in an orchard. Having considered the fact that the petitioner is the husband and he was not pulling well with his own wife and on the dead body of the deceased many injuries were
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38763 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 found and considering the fact that it was the petitioner who has killed his wife, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. .
