The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.59 of 2018 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation has been made about kidnapping but from the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. shows that she herself has gone along with petitioner to enter into marriage. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
