In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing the impugned decision which has been taken vide Resolution No. 6, passed by the Panchayat Teacher Selection Committee, in its meeting dated 17.09.2011 as being illegal, unjust and contrary to the law and in teeth of the order, as contained in Memo No. 625 dated 06.07.2011, passed by the Member, District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Jamui and further for
Patna High Court CWJC No.23078 of 2011 (4) dt.28-08-2017 2/2 a direction upon the respondents to issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner on the basis of order as contained in Memo No. 625 dated 06.07.2011, passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Jamui, in Case No. 207/2011 whereby the Appellate Authority has directed the Selection Committee to appoint the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher and further directed the District Education Officer and Block Development Officer to ensure the compliance of the order. The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the District Appellate Authority, Jamui, for redressal of his grievance under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
