On account of political rivalry, it has been alleged by the informant, Shiv Shankar Singh that while he along with his brother Sita Ram Singh @ Sonu Thakur was returning from Mirzapur on motorcycle were intercepted by the accused persons, so named including the petitioners, who were duly armed and on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33934 of 2017 (02) dt.20-07-2017 that very pretext, they kidnapped Sita Ram Singh @ Sonu Thakur on 04.11.2016 at 7.45 p.m. On the following day, his dead body was found in a canal at village-Baropur.
On similar allegation, other co-accused Vijay Kumar Singh @ Munna Thakur in Cr. Misc. No.21389 of 2017 and Shivji Thakur @ Shivji Singh under Cr. Misc. No.2097 of 2017 have already been released on regular bail whereupon, petitioners, Anil Singh @ Anil Kumar Singh, Bijendra Thakur @ Birendra Thakur, Munna Kumar Singh, Ramsewak Singh, Raj Kumar Tiwary are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaura (Gaura O.P.)
