Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b) A, 26 of the Arms Act.

One search from the house of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five and half months.

Considering the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Mishra, J.M. Ist Class, Munger in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014.
