The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448/341/323/308/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both the brothers are fighting in which this F.I.R. has been registered. The injuries are simple in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 29 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
