2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 317(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of stolen motorcycle from the possession of this petitioner, in fact, the petitioner had no knowledge that the said motorcycle was stolen and on the alleged day of recovery, he had taken the said motorcycle from his friend for riding and against the petitioner, investigation has been completed. It is lastly submitted that the

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the petitioner's past clean history, his custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025.
