JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that while informant with his friend were coming on motorcycle, on the way some motorcycle borne miscreants on the point of pistol snatched the motorcycle, mobile and cash of Rs. 3,000/- from them.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 30.6.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted against petitioner. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has not been put on T.I.P. He has falsely been implicated in the present case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the motorcycle in question has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner has ten similar cases pending against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am
