2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191 (3),1 26(2), 127(2), 115(2), 121(2), 132,109, 303(2), 324(4), 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S.

3. The allegation in the first information report is that the petitioners are amongst the 57 persons, who along with 200-250 unknown persons, attacked on the police personnel, damaged the police vehicle, looted the equipment and also tried to assault the police.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are government employees. Petitioner no.1 is a government teacher and presently posted as Headmaster of Primary

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55039 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 School, Parsoni, whereas petitioner no.2 is Block Executive Assistant. The petitioners had neither obstructed the police personnel nor blocked the road rather they have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is also submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56649 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No.55643 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and several similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Laukaha (Lokaha) P.S. Case No.39 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
