2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. One Sanjay Sahani is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is said to have assaulted a lady family member of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 15.03.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased, this application is allowed.
