The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Pick-up van loaded with fruits was robbed.
The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of coaccused. Statements have been made in para 5 and 6 of the petition neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. and co-accused Sunil Kumar @ Salo Yadav has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 8285 of 2015. Moreover, the petitioner is remanded in five other cases
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12942 of 2015 (02) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 after the arrest in the present case.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh in connection with Mokama P.S.
