This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No.04 of 2017 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing robbery and also snatching motorcycle as well as articles of the petitioner. Further allegation is that he has fired on him causing grievous injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 17.5.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38550 of 2017 (4) dt.18-09-2017 informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail stating that he has been named by the informant as the assailant and the informant has received grievous injury.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
