The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 317(a) of 1991, arising out of Islampur P.S. Case No. 34 of 1989, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner misused the privilege of bail since 12.12.2001 and was declared absconder vide order dated 18.05.2012. The petitioner was apprehended on 22.11.2014 and since then he is in jail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10152 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, III, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Sessions Trial No. 317(a) of 1991, arising out of Islampur P.S.
