JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/34, 341, 406, 420, 468, 471, 120B of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that petitioner and others were realizing Rs. 2,50,000/- for providing employment in Railways. Consequently for the same a sum of Rs. 1,40,000/- was transferred in the account of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant also realized the money for providing employment and for the same the brother of the petitioner has filed a complaint against the informant which was subsequently registered as police case and considering the entire gamut of accusation co-accused Bechan Jha has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 9461 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Khirhar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014.
