In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.336 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 42 / 52 of the Prison Act.

As per the prosecution story, a raid was conducted in the ward and from the possession of the petitioner a Nokia Mobile was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Sonadhari Mahto be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two

No.32654 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Arrah), in connection with Ara Town P.S.
