The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under sections 379/307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused knife injury on the chest of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 8.9.2021. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct and
