Heard both sides.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the IPC.

The informant alleged that his son Rajesh Kumar @ Pappu had gone to the house of the petitioner but did not return. On inquiry, the petitioner is said to have refused. On the next day, the dead body of Rajesh Kumar was recovered from the sugar cane field. It appears that the informant suspected that the petitioner might have killed his son and thrown the dead body. It also appears that there is no eye witness to the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Kumari Khyati Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.Case No. 238 of 2014.
