The petitioner seeks bail in Masrakh P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with her son Vinay Kumar Sah is said to have kidnapped the grand-daughter of the informant with the help of her brother-in-law and the victim is still traceless. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be mother of the co-accused Vinay Kumar Sah who has allegedly kidnapped the grand-daughter of the informant. She has played no role in the aforesaid occurrence. The petitioner happens to be a lady and she has been languishing in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34079 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 custody since 15.04.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017.
