The petitioner seeks bail in a case under different sections of the Arms Act.

The police raided the house of the petitioner and from his possession, one country-made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 30.12.2014. It is submitted that the seizure list witnesses have not supported recovery of fire arms from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
