The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 360 liters Nepali wine were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners claim their antecedent to be clean and they are in custody since 11.03.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33740 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Navarangia P.S. Case No.18/2017.
Further, if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
