JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned AC to AAG-11 appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to exhaust the alternative remedy/ remedies available to the petitioner under the law against the order impugned passed under the provisions of The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
