The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 158 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (10b)A, 25(1-a, 25 (1-AA, 26 (1) (2)/35 of the Arms Act.

Two country made pistols without cartridge are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and for that petitioners are in jail for about five months. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
