The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 33/34/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 70 liters sprit were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners claim their antecedent to be clean and they are in custody since 06.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33898 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No.111 of 2017.

Further, if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bond.
