The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-issuance of certificate of B.A. (History Hons).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed B.A. Hons (History) course from M.V. College, Buxar, a constituent unit of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, but due to the lapse of the University, the certificate has not been issued to the petitioner. Considering the innocuous prayer made in the present writ application, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara to take

Patna High Court CWJC No.16444 of 2019(2) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 appropriate decision and issue the certificate of B.A. (Hons) in favour of the petitioner within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In the event of any dilly daily on the part of the respondents shall be viewed seriously.
