It would appear from perusal of the first information report that some cash, mobile and marksheets as well as registration receipts were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
