JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report itself that the informant being major established physical relation with the petitioner by her own sweet will though it is alleged that petitioner assured her to solemnize his marriage with her which was later on not fulfilled by the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Md.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12461 of 2015 (2) dt.27-03-2015 Salim, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014.
